Your Ocean of Emo(SHEN)
What emo(SHEN) ocean are you swimming in?
One that is dark and scary or one that is crystal clear?

Is it filled with Love or Fear or somewhere in between?

OR
My Intuit(SHEN) Nervous System Guide for the explora(SHEN) of my ocean of emo(SHEN)
Your understanding of all the ins and outs of your nervous system is not necessary for your healing. We all need a little support sometimes...and we all give it. I believe each one of us has the capability to give ourselves the internal support we need and are not "soul-ly" dependent on external support.
My nervous system has shown me that she is a beautiful octopus named Precious. She has shown me the importance of my emo(SHEN)s and how they need to move! People say about emotions, "Just let it go." Precious told me, "Let them MOVE so they CAN GO!" During meditations, she has taken me on DEEP DIVES into my emOCEANS (we all swim in a vast sea of personal emotions as well as a collective sea). She has also shown me that depress(SHEN) is the way to DEEP PRESENCE and offers DEEP PRESENTS! My angelic guides have helped me find the connect(SHEN) and SOULuSHEN for my depress(SHEN) and anxiety, and have helped me make new reSOULuSHENS to support my nervous and energy systems. I have been blessed with the gift of helping you explore your own ocean of emo(SHEN)s!

Be-friending and Supporting Your Nervous System
A simple explana(SHEN) of the nervous system is that it consists of the brain, brainstem, spinal cord, sensory organs, and all of the nerves that connect these organs with the rest of the body. Your nervous system is looking out for your SURVIVAL and most of what it does is on an auto-pilot setting. Thank goodness we don't have to continually remind our hearts to beat or tell our intestines to digest food! Your nervous system literally SUPPORTS YOU BEING ALIVE. Because it does this without conscious thought (although stress and how we think do influence it) we often take it for granted. We forget to SUPPORT THE SUPPORT!
QUICK TIP: If you feel any angst to any degree as you read this, tap vigorously but gently under your collar bones, move your head gently from side to side, soften your jaw, and let your soft tongue rest between your front teeth and B R E A T H E. Inhale through your nose to a count of four, exhale through your nose to a count of four, hold your breath for a count of six... and repeat 4 more times. Stop tapping and feel your body move as you breathe.

It is not always easy to find a place to be safe with your emotions, especially if they are ones you RESIST because of how they make you feel, how you think you SHOULD feel, and what it means if you actually do feel them! One of my goals is to provide a space for you to be safe and supported with any of your emotions, but more importantly for you to learn how to provide that space for YOURSELF.
You do not need to be depressed or anxious to benefit from seeing me... You
just need to have EMOTIONS and a desire to allow SHEN to move them.

The Importance of Feeling Safe
We all feel better when we feel SAFE and SUPPORTED.
On a simplistic level your environment (SPACE) consists of the following:
The EXTERNAL: your home, your family, your work, your friends, your "groups", etc.
The INTERNAL: your thoughts, your feelings, your sensitivities, your body
(although it has an external appearance).
The ENERGETIC: Your psyche, your energy systems, and aura.
I am a highly sensitive individual. Although I enjoy many different life experiences and types of yoga, I have learned that I flourish best in a gentle yet challenging, non-competitive, therapeutic, mindful PLACE....which includes my yoga and Qigong practices.
We all have resistance in the body and we all need appropriate SPACE (internal and external) to support the release of this resistance. The right SPACE promotes the flow of loving, supportive and healthy Qi/prana/life force/energy/Ki .

Allowing Resistance to Move
First of all, resistance is a normal response to anything a person might find threatening. Think of it as putting on the brakes to stop something from
moving. In a car, this is can be necessary for many situations. In a body, energy wants to move, whether it's unsafe, threatening, or perceived that way.
It is personal to each and every human being, but may look like the following:
-
anxiety and/or depression
-
stress
-
anger
-
physical aches and pains
-
difficulty managing emotions, feeling overwhelmed, or difficulty concentrating
-
diagnosis of "dis-ease" (autoimmunity, fungus, bacterial overgrowth, cancer, cysts, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, chemical sensitivity, EMF sensitivity, etc.)

I recognize my own resistance and have the ability to intuitively tap into the resistance (which I sense as changes in energy, frequency, and vibration) that other people have. I have developed a unique practice for myself and my clients that encourages the healthy release of resistance and allows healthy energy to flow freely and smoothly throughout the body. This practice must include treating my body in a loving supportive way. Regarding my offerings and my life, I want to create that for anyone who practices yoga or experiences other health and holistic practices with me.
